Experts in their respective fields will be on-hand to give their thoughts on various topics. We will have a renowned casting director, post-production experts, writers, and more with information geared to support creatives in both the video and audio spaces.

Folks can get VIP passes for the entire weekend; ala carte tickets for the Gala; single-day passes; or - if someone just wants to come watch your project, single-screening passes are available (your project is listed in the description).​

This year at the NJ WebFest, we're building a digital program guide and attendee list to help you learn more about this year's projects and each other! You'll be able to see a brief bio of attendees, learn more about each project involved in the festival, and find links to follow everyone on social media.

If you are attending the festival in person and would like to be included in this, please fill out this Google Form to give us your bio, links, and picture! 

One member of all accepted projects is entitled to receive one of the following perks:

PERK A. Free access to events from Thursday, September 26th through Saturday, September 29th, including workshops from industry professionals, panels with fellow creators, every screening of over 150 projects, and complimentary drinks at our after-party.

OR

PERK B. 50% Off one VIP All-Access Pass, which includes Thursday-Saturday events PLUS entry to our World-Class Gala on Sunday. Experience the pageantry you’ve been hearing about! It is a wonderful gourmet celebration at one of New Jersey’s premiere banquet halls, with music, entertainment, fine dining, unlimited select drinks, fun surprises and, of course, the Awards presentations. Represent your show in style at #TheGala!

If you will not attend The Gala and want only to attend the rest of the weekend (Perk A), please email info@newjerseywebfest.com, with PERK A as the Subject Line. In the body of the email, include the name of your representative that will be attending. We will put that person on the list for entry on Thursday through Saturday only. No payment necessary.

For creators who want to take advantage of the discounted VIP All-Access Pass:
1. Please see this document for the dedicated one-time promo code that corresponds with your project.
2. You can then visit our Tickets page and start a purchase for a "VIP All-Access Package."
3. At checkout, use your dedicated promo code. You will pay only $99 for the VIP pass (a 50% saving!), which will go towards your entry to The Gala, and will include entry to everything the entire weekend, including participation in our pitch contest for a chance to win $200.

Again, the above perks are available to one person per show. All other team members, friends, and supporters need to get passes at full price.
