You Got In! We are thrilled to have your project as an Official Selection at our 2026 edition. You are now officially part of what is known worldwide as the #NJWebFest Family. Welcome aboard!

BOOKMARK THIS PAGE! We have created this as a one-stop shop for you to keep up with all happenings throughout the summer and leading up to the big week in September. We will continue to update it whenever we have new information, and we'll email you whenever we have updates!

We highly recommend that you come in person to #FeelTheMagic. Just ask around or revisit our reviews on FilmFreeway and you'll see: this is a festival you want to experience in person. If you’ve been here before, we’d love to see you again. And if you haven’t, we would really love to meet you.

NOMINATIONS! AND ... ARE YOU COMING?

Now we just need you to Fill out this form (Don't hate us, it's just two questions) to let us know if you're coming. As you may have heard, we treat incoming creators like family, so it helps us prepare if we know if you'll be there!

TICKET INFO AND CREATOR PERKS

Tickets are on sale HERE! Folks can get VIP passes for the entire weekend; ala carte tickets for the Gala; or single-day passes. Once we get everyone's files (ASAP PLEASE) and are able to set the schedules, we'll have single-screening passes available, so your friends who want to just come to your screening block have that option!

The Tickets page also includes sponsorship opportunities; please share with anyone who wants us to help them get exposure for their brand in exchange for their support.

One member of each accepted project may choose one of the following perks:

PERK A: Free Festival Access
Free admission Thursday, September 24th through Saturday, September 26th, including industry workshops, creator panels, and screenings of 150+ projects.

PERK B: 50% Off One VIP All-Access Pass
Includes all Thursday-Saturday events, comp drinks at our after-parties, plus entry to our World-Class Gala on Sunday — featuring music, entertainment, fine dining, unlimited select drinks, surprises, and the Awards presentations. Represent your show in style at #TheGala!

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR PERKS

For Perk A:

Email info@newjerseywebfest.com with PERK A as the subject line. Include your project name and the name of the representative attending. We’ll add them to the Thursday-Saturday entry list. No payment necessary.

For Perk B:

Find the one-time promo code assigned to your project in this document.
Visit our Tickets page and select a VIP All-Access Package for either one Gala or both Galas.
Enter your promo code at checkout. The single-Gala VIP Pass will be just $99 — 50% off — and includes access to the full four-day festival, including participation in our cash-prize pitch competition. If you choose the VIP Pass for both Galas, you’ll still receive $100 off!

These perks are limited to one person on your team. Additional team members, friends, and supporters may obtain passes at the regular price.

SEND US YOUR FILES

If you haven't already done so, visit the File Request Folder that matches your project type, and drop in your project file, trailer, and poster, as per the instructions:

WEB SERIES, FILMS, PILOTS, MUSIC VIDEOS, AND TRAILERS

FICTION PODCASTS AND AUDIO FICTION (STANDALONE)

ACTUAL PLAY (PODCASTS), ACTUAL PLAY (VIDEO)

SCRIPTS: no need to send a file, as we already have a copy of your script. But we do need your Google form filled out.

DEADLINE: Now! (We can't guarantee a screening if you don't get the files to us ASAP. This will not affect award consideration - it just means you may not screen in the theater,)
